When you arrive you will be asked to complete a registration form that includes a medical questionnaire. The information on this form is only for use in the event of an accident or injury, so please do not withhold any information. Our employees are not qualified to evaluate medical conditions. If you have any condition, illness or injury, or if you are taking any medication which might be of concern we strongly recommend that you obtain medical advice from a qualified physician prior to participation..
Insurance requirements:
Climbing Bulgaria requires that all participants purchase rescue and health Insurance that includes coverage for medical evacuation, repatriation and medical expenses for the duration of the visit.
Climbing specific cancellation policy about weather:
Cancellations due to weather will of course be reschedule on a day when the weather is more suitable to a day of outside climbing. No refunds are issued due to cancellation due to weather. In the event that the forecast clearly calls for rain showers we will cancel the day prior or will be suggested rain protected crag.
